What this website collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy covers the Nexora CRM marketing website — the pages you are reading now. The application itself, which you reach after creating a CRM, runs at a different address and holds the data you put into it as your customer records; how we handle that is covered by the Terms of Service rather than by this page.
There are two places on this website where you can type something, and that is the whole of it:
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, including when you start a free trial.
We do not sell your details, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you started a trial. If we ever want to send you something that is not about running your account, we will ask first.
A trial is a real CRM, so whatever you put into it during the 30 days is treated exactly as a paying customer's data would be: it is yours, it is kept apart from every other CRM, and we do not read it except when you ask us to look at something. If you decide not to continue, see what happens after the trial — the short version is that you can export everything, and we delete it rather than keep it.
Nothing is set while you read these pages — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking — which is why you are never shown a banner here. Creating a CRM is the point where that changes: a session cookie is set so the application can keep you signed in, and your light-or-dark choice and account details are kept in your browser's own storage. All four are named, and their purpose and lifetime given, in the cookie policy.
Inside our team, your details reach the people who run the service and answer support. Outside it:
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we share it with nobody else unless the law requires us to.
Your account details are kept for as long as the CRM exists. When a CRM is closed — by you, or because a trial ended and was not continued — we delete it and the records in it. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We answer requests within 30 days.
The site and the application are served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored hashed rather than in readable form, and every CRM is isolated from every other one. No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if something does go wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you rather than wait to be asked.
Nexora is sold to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the "last updated" date above it. If the change matters to you, we will email the account owner rather than rely on you noticing.
Questions about this policy, or about what we hold, can be sent by replying to any email you have received from us. If you do not have one yet, start a trial and reply to the welcome message.
Before this site goes live: add your registered company name, postal address and a dedicated privacy contact address to the Contact section above, name the jurisdiction, and have this page checked against the privacy law that applies where you and your customers are based. It is written to be accurate about this build — it has not been through a lawyer.
