Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us — written to be read, not to be skipped.

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Nexora CRM: this website, and the application you reach after creating a CRM. By creating a CRM you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you may do so.

Your account

You need a working email address and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Everyone you invite into your CRM is bound by these terms too, and you decide what each of them can reach.

The free month

Every new CRM starts with 30 days free — one month, from the moment the CRM is created.

  • No card. We do not ask for payment details to start a trial, so nothing can be charged by accident and there is nothing to cancel if you walk away.
  • Everything is switched on. A trial is not a cut-down version: you get the whole product, your whole team, and your real data. There is no point evaluating something other than the thing you would be buying.
  • Setup and migration are included. If you want your existing contacts and deal history brought across, we do it during the trial at no charge.
  • One per organisation. The free month is meant for deciding whether Nexora suits you, so it runs once. Opening a second CRM to begin it again is not within these terms.

We will email you before the month runs out. You will not be charged when it does.

After the trial

When the 30 days end, nothing is deleted and nothing is billed. The CRM becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export, but no new records can be added until you choose a plan.

  • Choose a plan and the CRM picks up exactly where it stopped, with everything in it.
  • Do nothing and the CRM stays read-only for 30 days so you can take your data out in your own time. After that we close it and delete the records in it. We will warn you by email before we do.
  • Export whenever you like — during the trial, during the read-only period, or as a paying customer. It is one click and it does not need our permission.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are the ones shown when you subscribe; if we change them, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you at least 30 days before it. Taxes are added where they apply.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel from your account settings at any time, without talking to anyone and without giving a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the period you have already paid for runs to its end, and the CRM then becomes read-only on the same terms as an expired trial.

We do not refund part-used periods, with one exception: if the service was broken in a way that stopped you working and we could not fix it, ask and we will put it right. That is what the free month is for — so that the decision is made before any money changes hands.

Acceptable use

Use Nexora for lawful business. Do not try to break into other CRMs, probe or overload the service, resell it as your own, or use it to send messages the recipients have not agreed to receive. You are responsible for having the right to hold the personal data you load into your CRM, and for telling the people in it what you are doing with it.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into your CRM belongs to you. We hold it to run the service for you and for nothing else: we do not sell it, we do not mine it to build anything, and we do not look at it except when you ask us to help with something specific or the law makes us. Every CRM is isolated from every other one, and exports are one click in a format other tools can read.

Availability and support

We work to keep Nexora running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and this agreement carries no uptime guarantee unless we have signed a separate one with you. Support is by email, for trial and paying customers alike.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable-use section, that is being used to harm someone, or whose invoices go unpaid after we have asked. Except where the law or an immediate risk prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it, and you will always be able to export your data before it is deleted. You may close your account whenever you like.

Changes to the service and to these terms

The product will change — that is what a subscription buys. We may add, alter or retire features, and if we retire something you rely on we will say so in advance. If we change these terms, the new version appears here with a new date, and we email the account owner when the change is one that matters. Carrying on using Nexora after that means you accept it; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Warranties and liability

Nexora is provided as it is. Beyond what the law where you live requires of us, we make no other warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction named below, and its courts settle any dispute — but write to us first. Almost everything is quicker to fix by email.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent by replying to any email you have received from us. How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Before this site goes live: add your registered company name, address and jurisdiction, confirm the commercial details above against what you actually intend to offer — the length of the free month, the read-only period, the refund rule and the notice given before a price change — and have the page reviewed by a lawyer. It is written to be clear and consistent with the rest of the site, not to be legal advice.
